Consultations with Arinna are designed to meet your unique nutritional needs. At the initial appointment a thorough nutrition and health assessment is completed, and we begin collaborating on a personalized nutrition and health plan. The second consultation puts the finishing touches on your plan and includes menu and meal planning, dining out strategies, scheduling exercise (what, when, and for how long), and helps you identify lifestyle changes that will support your success. The addition of supplements to your diet is discussed as needed. Ongoing sessions are available to support your efforts and keep you motivated and focused.
